1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site, independent of every public office. It does not store official criminal records, retrieve agency files, conduct official checks, or submit documents for a visitor.

Its role is to identify the Fillmore County Sheriff, County Court, District Court, Nebraska State Patrol Criminal Identification Division, Nebraska Sex Offender Registry, and other official channels. Some pages also connect to outside search tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

By using the site, you agree not to:

• Violate a local, state, or federal law
• Harass, stalk, intimidate, or threaten another person
• Use site content for an FCRA-regulated credit, employment, housing, or insurance decision
• Attempt unauthorized access to a system or account
• Operate bots, scrapers, or similar automated collection tools
• Disrupt performance or prevent another visitor's access

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Information obtained here or through a linked tool must not be used to harass, stalk, intimidate, threaten, or unlawfully discriminate. The restriction is especially important for Nebraska Sex Offender Registry information. Nebraska law and the registry warning prohibit retaliation against a registrant, family member, or employer, and threats or vandalism may be prosecuted. Registry data supports lawful community awareness, never vigilantism.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and do not create a credit report, consumer report, or official background check. Our advertising partners are not presented as tools for screening an applicant, renter, borrower, or insured person. Site or linked-tool information must not be used to:

• Make an employment decision
• Evaluate a tenant or housing applicant
• Set credit or insurance eligibility or terms
• Decide eligibility for a license, permit, or public benefit
• Serve any other purpose governed by the FCRA

A legally regulated check must be obtained from the proper official or FCRA-compliant provider under the rules that apply to that purpose.

5. No Legal Advice

Site content is not legal advice. General information about Fillmore County records cannot determine how a charge, conviction, warrant, sealing rule, or set-aside law affects a specific matter. Consult a licensed Nebraska attorney for legal guidance.

6. No Warranties

All content is supplied "as is." No warranty is made that:
